General: TFA Website is a service provided by TFA for the following purposes;
a) informing its Customers,
b) enabling Customers to provide information to TFA, and
c) providing information and commercial services to Business Partners.
By accessing the TFA Website you agree to be bound by these conditions of use. TFA is entitled at its sole discretion to change, modify, amend, add or remove any part of these conditions of use and to change, amend or delete any features of the TFA Website at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property Protection: TFA claims copyright in the TFA Website. TFA grants to you a non exclusive and non transferable limited licence to do the following:

1. View and download information accessible through the TFA Website.
2. Use information accessible through the TFA Website, subject to these conditions of use.

You agree that, subject to your use of the TFA Website in accordance with the limited licence granted to you, you will not infringe TFA's copyright in the information you access through the TFA Website and will not modify any such information or otherwise use it in a way which will infringe TFA's copyright in the information.

Limitation of Liability: You agree that TFA is not liable to you or any entity associated with you for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of the use by you of the TFA Website, the use by TFA of information provided by you to TFA through the TFA Website or any such loss or damage which may arise should you be unable to access the TFA Website, for whatever reason.

Choice of Law: These terms and conditions, and the agreement of which they form part, is to be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. TFA has designed the TFA Website for use only within the Commonwealth of Australia and makes no warranties or representations with regard to use by persons accessing the TFA Website outside the Commonwealth of Australia.

Entire Agreement Clause: The conditions of use set out above represent the entire agreement between TFA and its Customers with respect to use of the TFA Website.

Defined Terms:
you: means Business Partners or Customers of TFA

TFA Website: means the website accessible through the following address www.toyotafinance.com.au

Business Partner: means any licenced motor dealer to whom TFA grants access to the Business Partner section of the TFA Website and includes officers agents and employees of the licenced motor dealer.

Customer: means existing or potential customers of TFA or persons accessing the TFA Website for domestic or commercial purposes, other than Business Partners.
